From the Dark Night of the Soul to the Bright Light of Infinite Potential

Recently a number of things have occurred which reminded me of the Dark Night of the Soul. I’m being interviewed again about loss and grieving. (Stay tuned and I’ll share that next interview with you.) 

The Dark Night is a rich, fertile place where (if nurtured properly) the next greatest iteration of you can begin to grow and develop.

It can be painful - very painful. It’s also painful to watch a caterpillar turn into a butterfly.  And there is gold to be mined from the experience.
